Market potentials

IMPEX ENGINEERING has ideas how to change fundamentally the way people do their daily business, transforming one of the largest consumer markets such as consultancy. Against the backdrop of changing consumer behavior with an increased shift in demand from buy to made and economic shifts, we are still at the beginning of steep growth within consulting industry.

Every year, the proportion of the consultancy sector increases. And yet, compared with other sectors we have considerable catch-up potential. To tap this potential, we are providing targeted growth impetus. In 2022, we have set a further strategic path and the launch of a curated marketplace for third-party service offers in order to continue to gain market share in the future.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

IMPEX ENGINEERING is organized under European law as a European company (Societas Europaea (SE)) and therefore subject to European legislation on such companies, especially to the SE Regulation. As a company registered in POLAND, IMPEX ENGINEERING is also subject to POLAND law. If any matter is not covered or only partially covered by the SE Regulation, the provisions of POLAND law are also applicable to IMPEX ENGINEERING.

CoMMITTEES AT MANAGEMENT BOARD

The following committees have been established by the Management Board in compliance with the recommendations of the EU Corporate Governance Code:

Audit Committee: The audit committee deals with accounting matters, in particular the treatment of fundamental topics (e.g. the application of new accounting standards as well as the review of the accounting processes, of interim financial reports, the supervision of the efficiency of internal risk management systems, internal controls and compliance matters, the implementation and supervision of the audit).
Nomination Committee: The nomination committee prepares the Management Board’s proposals to IMPEX ENGINEERING shareholders’ meeting regarding the election of members of the Management Board.
Remuneration Committee: The remuneration committee reviews in particular all aspects of remuneration and employment terms for the Management Board and makes recommendations and draft resolutions for the Management Board on this basis.
